Instructions

• To use your aromatherapy diffuser locket, simply use your fingernail to open it with the help of the indentation on one side.
• Add 1-5 drops of essential oil or fragrance to one of the pads.  
• Insert the pad into the locket and close it.  Don't worry, there are two strong magnets to ensure it stays closed.

Recommendations

• Although pads can be carefully washed by hand, we recommend using a scent for each colour.  For example: lavender oil on the purple pad,  ylang ylang on the green, etc.  There are many recipes for mixtures of oils to help alleveate various conditions.  Visit my Pinterest board for more information on how essential oils can aid anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, etc. 
• Wearing the pendant against your skin allows the warmth to help release the effects of the essential oils.
• The quality of essential oils can vary greatly and we always recommend using good-quality oils as the scent and benefits last longer.
• In addition to using essential oils, you can drop your favourite perfume onto the pads.

• Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and a good option for people who are sensitive to base metals.
