Payment, Delivery & Returns


Secure payments can be made with a debit or credit card, or with a PayPal account.

Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method of payment.


We know you're excited to receive your new jewellery, and usually aim to dispatch standard orders within 2 days and custom orders within 3 days.  If you would like a rush order, please contact us first with the details. Special commissions will take a little longer and a timeframe will be agreed before payment is due.

If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, we would be happy to enclose a complimentary gift note with your order.  Please make yourself aware of any custom fees that may be applicable, as the recipient may have to pay them in the destination country.

Quiddity Gifts offers worldwide shipping via Royal Mail, with standard and upgraded options available for most countries.  We always recommend using 'Tracked and Signed For' delivery for piece of mind.  Please note if your order is to be sent to a P.O. Box "Signed For" will not be possible.

Postage is calculated based on weight and dimensions and will clearly be marked at checkout.  Prices vary depending on destination country and method selected.

If you don't absolutely love your new piece of Quiddity Gifts jewellery, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your right to cancel your order is subject to the purchase being returned unworn and in its original condition, and does not apply to custom orders, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if you are unhappy with a custom/personalised gift, please contact us immediately and we may be able to work something out.

How to return an item for refund:

    If you have received an item which is damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect, or of an incorrect quantity, you will be refunded in full, including the cost of return postage. We shall have no liability to you unless issues with such items are communicated to us within 7 days of delivery of the goods via email at: [email protected]
